6/27/12	House fire in Battalion 3 (B- Shift) Approximately 2330hrs, Box alarm, 1283 West 69 st. Engine Co's 23 & 4, Hook & Ladder 23, Rescue Co 2, Chief of the 3rd Battalion. Fire on 2nd & 3rd floor of 2.5 story wood frame house. Working fire dispatch: H&L 4 (RIT), E24 (Worker) .
6/20/12	House fire in Slavic Village (A- Shift) 0020hrs, Box alarm, 3854 East 54 Engine Co's 11 & 13, Hook & Ladder 11, Rescue Co 1, Chief of the 32nd Battalion. Large volume of fire inside an occupied 2 story wood frame house.. Working fire dispatch: H&L 7 (RIT), E26 (Worker) . Red cross called to assist the victims.
6/17/12	Garage Fire in Old Brooklyn (A- Shift) @0201hrs, Box alarm, 5523 Northcliff ave, Engine Co's 42 & 20, Hook & Ladder 20, Rescue Co 2, Chief of the 4th Battalion. First arriving company; Engine 42 reports working fire inside a garage with extension to a nearby garage. Crews were able to minimize damage to the houses and kept fire contained to two garages. Engine 42 laid out and pumped.
6/13/12	House fire on Forest ave (A- Shift) @2321hrs, Box alarm, 11800 block of Forest ave Engine Co's 41 & 36, Hook & Ladder 36, Rescue Co 1, Chief of the 5th Battalion. First arriving company; Rescue 1 reports heavy smoke pouring out of a 2.5 story wood frame house, and declared "Working Fire". Working fire dispatch: H&L 10 (RIT), E10 (Worker) . 6/11/12	Victim Rescued from House Fire (A- Shift) Approximately 0330hrs, Box alarm, 3408 East 149, Engine Co's 36 & 41, Hook & Ladder 36, Rescue Co #1, Chief of the 5th Battalion. Heavy fire showing from an occupied 2.5 story wood frame, multi family house. Report of a victim trapped on the 3rd floor. The victim took refuge inside the bathroom of the third floor and was still on the phone with 911 operators when firefighters arrived. The victim told dispatchers that she could hear the firefighters working their way through the house to find her. She was unconscious by the time firefighters located her, only moments after the search began. Crews successfully rescued her from the building. Rescue Co 1 transported her to the hospital. 6/7/12	House fire in B2. 6919 Lansing ave. 0047hrs 11's house- all hands. 13's house- all hands,R1. Fire on first and second floors of occupied 2.5 story wood frame single family house. All occupants rescued successfully and Red Cross called to assist victims. E 11 first in, laid out and pumped.
