8/31/12	Midtown Row House Fire (B- Shift) Approximately 2359hrs, Box alarm, 4122 Chester ave. Engine Co's 7 & 1, Tower Ladder 1, Rescue Co 3, AC1. Fire inside a 2 story wood frame row house. Working fire dispatch: Hook and ladder (10RIT), E22 (Worker) & BC6 E7 laid out and pumped.
8/30/12	Crews Battle house Fire in the South east (C- Shift) Approximately 0000hrs, Box alarm, East 104 and Miles ave. Engine Co's 11 & ,36, Hook and Ladder 11, Rescue Co 1, Chief of the 5th Battalion. Large 2.5 story wood frame house, large volume of fire. Working fire dispatch: Hook and ladder 36 (RIT), E41 (Worker) & AC1 E11 laid out and pumped.
8/29/12	Crews Battle house Fire in the South east (C- Shift) Approximately 1430hrs, Box alarm, East 79 and Harvard Engine Co's 11 & ,26, Hook and Ladder 11, Rescue Co 1, Chief of the 2nd Battalion. Large 2.5 story wood frame house, large volume of fire. Working fire dispatch: Hook and ladder 36 (RIT), E31 (Worker) & AC1. (E31 responded while filling in at Station 13)
8/27/12	Companies fill in for house fire (C- Shift) 0106hrs, Box alarm, 5901 West Clinton ave Engine Co's 1 (Fill in) & ,33 (Fill in) Tower ladder 1 (fill in), TF13 (Fill in) , Chief of the 3rd Battalion (fill in). E1 reported fire showing from the second floor of an occupied 2 story wood frame house. Working fire dispatch: Tower Ladder 20 (RIT), E23 (Worker) & AC1 E1 laid out and pumped.
8/27/12	House Fire off Clark ave (C- Shift) 1216hrs, Box alarm, 3148 West 50th. Engine Co's 24 & 4, Hook & Ladder 4, Rescue Co 2, Chief of the 4th Battalion. E24 reported fire showing from the first floor of a 2 story wood frame house. Working fire dispatch: Hook and Ladder 23 (RIT), E23 (Worker) & AC1 E24 laid out and pumped.
8/23/12	Engine Co 24 first in! (B- Shift) Approximately 0100hrs, Box alarm, 3138 West 46th. Engine Co's 24 & 4, Hook & Ladder 4, Rescue Co 2, Chief of the 4th Battalion. E24 reported fire showing from the first floor of a 2 story wood frame house. Working fire dispatch: Tower Ladder 20 (RIT), E20 (Worker) & AC1 E24 laid out and pumped. One adult occupant was rescued.
8/22/12	Well involved in the Slavic Village area (B- Shift) 2309hrs, Box alarm, Independence and Beyerie ave, Engine Co's 11 & 13, Hook & Ladder 11, Rescue Co 1, Chief of the 2nd Battalion. TF13 reported a well involved 2.5 story wood frame house. Working fire dispatch: H& L7 (RIT), E27 (Worker) & AC1 TF13 laid out and pumped.
8/18/12	Early morning fatal fire (A- Shift) 0530hrs, Box alarm, 10400 Madison ave, Engine Co's 23 & 33, Hook & Ladder 23, Rescue Co 2, Chief of the 3rd Battalion. Large warehouse fire. Working fire dispatch: H& L4 (RIT), E20(Worker) & BC6 Engine Co 23 laid out and pumped.

8/12/12	Early morning fatal fire (C- Shift) 0412hrs, Box alarm, 1500 block of East 45th, Engine Co's 22 & 1, Hook & Ladder 1, Rescue Co 3, AC1. Working fire inside 1.5 story wood frame house. 2 adult male victims were located and removed. Working fire dispatch: H& L7 (RIT), E7 (Worker) & BC6 Engine Co 22 laid out and pumped.
8/7/12	Heavy flames in the morning (B- Shift) 0812hrs, Box alarm, 4084 East 64. Engine Co's 11 & 13, Hook & Ladder 11, Rescue Co 1, Chief of the 2nd Battalion. Originally dispatched as 4084 East 54th. Engine 11 reported heavy fire showing from the second floor of a 2.5 story wood frame single family home on East 64. Working fire dispatch: H& L7 (RIT), E26 (Worker) & AC1. Engine Co 11 laid out and pumped.
8/5/12	Extrication on I-90 (C- Shift) Approximately 100hrs ,MVA with Entrapment, I--90 Eastbound near the E185th st exit. Engine Co 31, Hook & Ladder 31, Rescue Co 3, Chief of the 6th Battalion. Single minivan found lying on it's side with the driver pinned. Crews used the Jaws Of Life to extricate the victim. House fire in the North Broadway neighborhood (B- Shift) 0015hrs,Box alarm, 5838 Portage ave. Engine Co's 13 & 11, Hook & Ladder 11, Rescue Co 1, Chief of the 2nd Battalion. B2 reported heavy smoke showing from a 2 story wood frame single family home. Working fire dispatch: H& L7 (RIT), E26(Worker) & AC1. TF13 laid out and pumped.
8/4/12	Rescue Co 3 first in (B- Shift) 2143hrs,Box alarm, 6104 Whittier ave. Engine Co's 22 & 10, Hook & Ladder 10, Rescue Co 3, Chief of the 6th Battalion. Rescue 3 reported fire showing from the rear on the first floor of a 2.5 story wood frame single family home. Working fire dispatch: H& L1 (RIT), E1 (Worker) & AC1. Crews forced 3 doors to the house, stretched 2 lines and initiated a quick primary search, which was negative. Engine Co 22 laid out and pumped. House fire in Old Brooklyn neighborhood (B- Shift) 2330hrs, Box alarm, 4100 block of Bader ave. Engine Co's 42 & 20, Hook & Ladder 20, Rescue Co 2 Chief of the 4th Battalion. House fire. Handled with the box assignment.

Heavy fire showing upon arrival. Two and half story, wood frame house. Working fire dispatch: H& L10 (RIT), E26 (Worker) & AC1. Engine Co 30 laid out and pumped.
