E30 declared "working fire" upon arriving on scene of a 2.5 story wood frame multifamily house with heavy- wind driven flames showing from the 1st & 2nd floor rear. All occupants were able to make it out safely. Working Fire Dispatch: RIT-Hook and Ladder 31 Worker- E 31 and AC1

Approximately 0230 hrs, MVA assignment, 17700 block of Lakeshore blvd, Engine Co 40, Ladder 31, Rescue Co 3, Chief of the 6th Battalion. (1) adult male trapped inside a work van. Crews used the Jaws of Life to extricte the victim. .
