12/23/12	Fatal house fire in Old Brooklyn (B- Shift) Approximately 2100hrs, Box alarm, 3200 block of Roanoke ave Engine Co's 20, & 42, Hook and Ladder 20, Rescue Co 0, Chief of the 4th battalion. Heavy fire showing from the second floor. 1 Adult victim died. .Working Fire Dispatch: RIT-Hook and Ladder 4 Worker- E 4 and AC1. Special request brought Ladder 11 (filling in at 20's house) and Engine 26 (filling in at 4's house)
12/13/12	Victims rescued from House fire in Battalion 5 (C- Shift) Approximately 0500hrs, Box alarm, 3800 block of East 99th. Engine Co's 11 & 36, Hook and Ladder 11, Rescue Co 1, Chief of the 5th battalion. Heavy fire inside an occupied 2.5 story wood frame house. Three victims removed. Two transported.Working Fire Dispatch: RIT-Hook and Ladder 11 Worker- E 26 and AC1
12/8/12	Victims rescued from House fire in Battalion 3 (B- Shift) 1930hrs, Box alarm, 3100 block of West 99th. Engine Co's 23 & 33, Hook and Ladder 23, Rescue Co 2, Chief of the 3rd battalion. Two adult victims rescued from apartment fire. Working Fire Dispatch: RIT-Hook and Ladder 4 Worker- E 24 and AC1
12/5/12	"CPD's finest come across house fire while on patrol" (A- Shift) 0230hrs, Box alarm, East 93rd and Gorman ave. Engine Co's 11 & 36, Hook and Ladder 11, Rescue Co 1, Chief of the 6th battalion. Occupied, 2.5 story wood frame house. Working Fire Dispatch: RIT-Hook and Ladder 36 Worker- E 41 and AC1
12/4/12	"Companies working in 5th battalion" (A- Shift) 1750hrs, Box alarm, 7208 Ivy ave. Engine Co's 26 & 11, Hook and Ladder 11, TF 13, Chief of the 2nd battalion. Ladder Co 11 declared "working fire" upon arriving to an occupied multi family-2.5 story wood frame house with fire and heavy smoke showing on the 2nd floor. Working Fire Dispatch: RIT-Hook and Ladder 36 Worker- E 41 and AC1 and Air Supply. "Numerous calls in 6th battalion" (A- Shift) 1534hrs, Box alarm, 891 Thornhill ave. Engine Co's 30 & 31, Hook and Ladder 30, Rescue Co 3, Chief of the 6th battalion. Battalion 6 declared "working fire" upon arriving to a 2.5 story wood frame multi family house with heavy smoke and fire showing. Working Fire Dispatch: RIT-Hook and Ladder 31, Worker- E 22 and AC1 and Air Supply.
12/2/12	Apt fire at shift change (B- Shift) 0830hrs, Box alarm, 7309 St. Clair ave. Engine Co's 22 & 30, Hook and Ladder 30, Rescue Co 3, Chief of the 6th battalion. Rescue Co 3 reported smoke showing from the second floor of a 2 story brick "tax payer". Fire was inside a second floor apartment Working Fire Dispatch: RIT-Hook and Ladder 10 Worker- E 10 and AC1 and Air Supply.
